This page explains how you can request the deletion of your Rinkly account and associated data, in compliance with Google Play Store requirements.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request the deletion of your account, please send an email to our support team at info@rinkly.co with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Please include the email address associated with your Rinkly account in the body of your email to help us identify your account quickly. The deletion process will be initiated within a reasonable timeframe after we verify your request.

What Data is Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following personal data will be permanently removed:

  • Your user profile, including your name and contact information.
  • Any saved preferences or settings within the app.
  • Digitally signed waivers associated with your account.
  • Your history of check-ins and session bookings.

What Data May Be Retained

For legal and financial compliance, we may need to retain certain information for a limited period. This includes:

  • Transaction and payment data related to your purchases, which is retained for tax and accounting purposes. This data is anonymized where possible and is not used for any other purpose.
